National Symposium on Atmospheric Chemistry

The National Symposium on Atmospheric Chemistry is organised by the Scientific Committee of the CHAT Action of the LEFE multi-organism research programme coordinated by CNRS – INSU. It will take place this year from Monday 09 May 13h30 to Wednesday 11 May 2022 13h00 in Reims, at the University of Reims – Champagne Ardenne, Campus Croix-Rouge. It aims to bring together permanent researchers (C/EC/IR) from the atmospheric chemistry community, as well as, within the limits of available places, post-doctoral and PhD students. The number of participants is limited to about 120 people. The objectives of this Colloquium are to -To propose a synthesis of the different research and coordination actions implemented in recent years and supported by the LEFE-CHAT programme -To detail the major research and observation infrastructures of interest in atmospheric chemistry -To carry out round tables and specific participative workshops, in order to encourage scientific exchanges on current and future projects as well as their organisation, around the major issues of the theme. Participants will have the opportunity to compare their visions and methodologies. -To promote collaborations on emerging themes closely linked to the problems of air quality and associated climate change. to prepare the prospective of the major research issues and challenges of the atmospheric chemistry community in close connection with the one led by CNRS-INSU in the Ocean-Atmosphere field.
